If the cancellation is made 3 days or more before the arrival date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before arrival (including the 3 days prior to the check-in date), 100% of the reservation will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

In case of a no-show without prior notice, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
